INFORMATION ERRORS

We try our best to make sure all information on this website is correct; however from time to time mistakes do occur from human typing error or allocation. In all instances we reserve the right to correct any incorrect information as soon as it becomes evident to us.
If you feel any information is incorrect on our website please contact us and we will investigate it as soon as possible.

PRICING ERRORS

Occasionally, a price may be out of date or invalid. This sometimes occurs due to technical problems or a sudden change in supplier pricing. If you have a query about a price, please don’t hesitate in contacting us via phone or email.

OUT OF STOCK

Every now and then an item on our website might be out of stock, even though it appeared as “In Stock “. Unfortunately our stock levels do get low occasionally and this may lead to an item being unavailable, we are constantly stocktaking however discrepancies are bound to occur. If this does happen for your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss either a refund, alternative product or how long it will take for the item to come in.
